Designed and iterated brushrolls for prototype builds of Shark CarpetXpert HairPro 2nd-generation carpet cleaner. Achieved 0% hair wrap on brushroll and no pet hair buildup inside the nozzle while maintaining carpet cleaning performance of 1st-generation appliance. Refined brushroll geometry to balance agitation force and hair migration/wrap risk under manufacturing constraints.
