Designed and fabricated novel pneumatic soft actuator concepts using multimaterial FFF 3D printing for integrated manufacturing. Addressed key challenges of FFF technology: braid resolution limited by stringing; airtightness constrained by layer adhesion; greater process complexity for a multimaterial dissolvable mold despite improved geometry. Presenting current progress to IEEE RoboSoft 2026 (April).
